Utilizing the garden that my grandfather and father grew produce out of in Eugene, Roscoe’s Hot Sauce brings you an abundance of heat. Carolina Reapers, Trinidad Scorpions and Habaneros make up the bulk of the peppers grown. 

 

Founded in 2017, the total bottles crafted and the amount of pepper plants grown have increased annually. Each recipe has been worked on over multiple years to really enhance flavors that create your favorite hot sauce. 

 

Achieve a balanced flavor is our mission for the sauces. With each sauce, we aim to not leave you sweating for hours, but hopefully enough minutes to get a kick out of them.
